Leominster Development Corporation
Leominster Development Corporation was formed in 1995 to develop and preserve affordable housing in our community. LDC has embarked on two developments to increase the number of affordable housing units in the community. The first project involved the purchase and renovation of three multi-family homes in Leominster. These three properties opened in 1998 and have provided good safe housing for many families. In 2008 the Development Corporation opened Rockwell Village, a fourteen unit townhome development built in the heart of downtown Leominster. These developments have been a real success for all involved.
