Welcome to NCM Housing Authorities

We’re pleased to welcome Littleton Housing Authority, the newest member of our growing community!

North Central Massachusetts Housing Authorities (NCM Housing Authorities) provides management and administrative services for the housing authorities of Leominster, Lunenburg, Sterling, West Boylston, Holden, and Littleton. Each housing authority is governed by its own Board of Commissioners.

We also manage the Leominster Development Corporation (LDC) and Eugene J. Capoccia Community Center (EJC).
